Preferred Skills:

To thrive in this research project, you should ideally have some of the following skills:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for machine learning and AI model development

• Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning)
  
  

• Deep Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch for implementing and optimizing machine learning models
  
  

• iOS App Development: Experience with SwiftUI for building intuitive, user-friendly mobile applications (particularly for developing the gamified app for context detection)
  
  

• AI & Explainability: Familiarity with Explainable AI (XAI) techniques or a keen interest in understanding how AI decisions can be made more transparent
  
  

• Data Science: Experience working with datasets, data cleaning, and data visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
  
  

• Mathematics & Algorithms: Solid foundation in linear algebra, statistics, and optimization techniques for model development
  
  

• Interdisciplinary Interest: An interest in cognitive science, human-computer interaction (HCI), or social sciences is a plus, as the project bridges AI with human decision-making
  
  

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and results to a broad audience, including both experts and non-experts
  
  

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing ideas and collaborating across research areas
